Multiweaves Polyfibers
Multiweaves Polyfibers operates advanced, fully integrated manufacturing equipment, from high-speed tape extrusion and circular weaving looms to automated bag conversion lines and multi-color printing machines, delivering precision at every stage of production.
PP / HDPE flat tape extrusion, the first step in all woven fabric production
Our Tape Stretching Lines, developed by Lohia Corp Limited, are designed to produce PP/HDPE flat tapes used across all woven fabric applications, including woven sacks, FIBC/jumbo bags, carpet backing, tarpaulins, wrapping fabrics, and flexible intermediate bulk containers. These high-speed systems use cutting-edge extrusion technology to ensure top-notch tape performance while minimising raw material consumption and energy usage. The plant's total monthly tape production capacity stands at 1000 metric tons.
High-speed 6-shuttle circular weaving machines for PP / HDPE woven fabric
Our fleet of 168 Nova 6 Circular Looms is specially designed for weaving high-quality fabric suitable for cement, plastic granules, chemicals, fertilizers, and covering fabrics such as tarpaulin. To ensure top-notch fabric quality, we employ a load cell-type positive in-feed system to regulate warp tape tension, which comes standard on each machine. The speed of inlet rollers is automatically adjusted during weaving to maintain desired tension levels. The surface winder uses a load cell-assisted drive to ensure consistent winding tension throughout the entire fabric build.
High-speed wide-width circular loom for heavy-duty PP / HDPE woven fabric
The Lohia Duotec 1400 is an advanced wide-width circular weaving loom from Lohia Corp Limited, engineered for producing heavy-duty PP and HDPE woven fabric up to 1400 mm in flat (open) width—equivalent to a 700 mm tubular circumference. Its 8-shuttle configuration delivers higher weft insertion density and a stronger fabric construction compared to standard 6-shuttle looms, making it the right choice for wider industrial sacks, FIBC jumbo bags, tarpaulins, and broad woven fabrics for agricultural and construction applications. The machine's precision load cell tension control ensures uniform GSM and denier across the full production width, with minimal variation roll to roll.
High-speed automated woven sack production from tubular PP/HDPE fabric rolls
We operate 11 Valvomatic 40 Bag Conversion Lines from Lohia Corp Limited. These machines convert rolls of tubular woven PP/HDPE fabric directly into finished sacks in a fully automated sequence, cutting the tubular fabric to bag length, folding the bottom, creating the valve, stitching it, and stacking the finished bags, all in one continuous process. These machines come with advanced servo and PLC controls, enabling precise speed and position management, reduced downtime, and superior bag consistency across all production runs.
Actual production speed depends on: material type (PP/HDPE), fabric width used, number of bottom folds, and stitching configuration. Rated speed of 45 bags/min is achievable under optimal conditions.
Fully automatic PP woven valve bag making machine with Delta HMI touchscreen control
The FFE Valvo from Five Fingers Exports India Pvt. Ltd. (Coimbatore) is a fully automatic PP woven valve bag making machine built specifically for producing valve-type sacks used in automated high-speed filling lines for cement, chemicals, fertilizers, and similar free-flowing bulk materials. The machine features a Delta HMI touchscreen control panel allowing operators to digitally set and monitor all key parameters, including bag length, bag width, valve opening dimension, and batch count, with real-time feedback on the display. Precise temperature control and a dedicated heater unit ensure consistent heat-sealed seams, while the automated cut-off and feed system maintain high throughput with minimal manual intervention.
Rotogravure printing for precision bag branding
Our printing department runs a combination of flexographic and rotogravure printing machines to handle diverse bag printing requirements, from standard branding on commodity sacks to high-definition photographic print on BOPP laminated bags. The combined capacity of automatic printing machines ensures high throughput to meet large-volume custom orders on time.
Bottom, top, and valve stitching for flexible custom bag configurations
We operate 5 Armstrong (Ahmedabad) manual stitching machines primarily used for bottom stitching, top stitching, and valve stitching configurations. These machines provide the flexibility needed for producing specialised bag constructions that require manual intervention, such as bags with valve inserts for automated filling lines, or custom fold-and-stitch patterns. Combined capacity is 1 lakh bags per day across all 5 units.
Essential support machinery ensuring smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing operations and product quality.
Automated bobbin cleaning system for removing residual tape and ensuring optimal bobbin re-use, reducing downtime on circular looms.
Industrial hot air drying system used for controlled drying of raw material pellets prior to extrusion, preventing moisture-induced defects in tape production.
Precision gravimetric dosing system for accurate blending of PP/HDPE pellets with colour masterbatch and UV stabilizers at defined ratios.
Hydraulic bale press for compacting fabric off-cuts and production waste into compact bales, supporting efficient material handling and recycling.
Our integrated machinery allows end-to-end production from raw PP pellets to finished, printed, laminated bags, under one roof. Contact us for bulk orders, technical specifications, or factory visit inquiries.
