Step 01
Raw Material

Premium virgin PP/HDPE pellets are sourced and tested for quality and tensile strength before entering production. Our polymer engineering team verifies MFI, density, and additive content for every incoming batch to ensure consistent end-product performance.

Step 02
Extrusion

Pellets are fed into high-speed extruders that melt and force the polymer through a die to produce flat tapes of precise denier and width, aided by X-Ray Gauge and Auto Die systems. The tapes are then stretched and heat-treated to align polymer chains, delivering superior tensile strength. Our Lohia Corp tape lines process 1000 MT per month.

Step 03
Weaving

Warp and weft tapes are loaded onto 168 Nova 6 circular looms that weave them into tubular fabric. Load cell-type positive in-feed systems regulate warp tension throughout, while surface winder drives ensure even fabric build. GSM and mesh density are monitored in-line to meet each product specification.

Step 04
Printing & Lamination

Woven fabric rolls pass through our JP 80 CR 1600 lamination plant for LDPE or PP coating, creating a moisture barrier and a printable surface. The laminated fabric then goes through multi-color flexographic (up to 6 colors) or rotogravure (up to 8 colors) printing machines for precise branding.

Step 05
Cutting & Stitching

The BCS 850/45 bag conversion lines cut tubular fabric to the required bag length, fold the bottom, and stitch it at up to 45 bags per minute. For custom configurations such as valve bags or top-stitched sacks, our 11 Valvomatic Machines handle specialised seam work with flexibility and precision.

Step 06
QC & Dispatch

Every finished batch undergoes final inspection — checking dimensions, seam integrity, print quality, GSM, and load-bearing strength against the order specification. Approved bags are counted, bundled, and palletised for dispatch. Our structured logistics planning ensures on-time delivery across all of India.
